The Hotel is well placed for those travelling by bus to Surfers Paradise. It was on the beach and still had it's own pool. I got the room at a reduced rate so the small things that were a little old and worn out didn't bother us. It is one of the older hotels in the area. For the price it was a very pleasant hotel and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the stunning view of the beach and horizon from my room, which was ideally located just metres away from the ocean. The hotel facilities were good, with a nice kiddy pool that my children enjoyed. The staff were helpful and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. Moreover, the hotel was close to several convenience stores, making it easy for me to purchase whatever I needed during my stay.
Was all great!

Very good locatin and beach front. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our balcony. Also it has good access to the Cavil mall. It was really convinient to stay 5-10 minuites walk from the center of surfers paradise. We're pretty much satisfied with the facilities of the apartment.
Some equipments were not enough, such as toilet rolls, mini towels and hair dryer. We asked the staff to give us toilet rolls but we were told to buy them ourselves. Also TV was difficult to operate.

The view. The room had everything we needed. The staff were excellent in helping us when our flights kept getting cancelled due to volcanic ash. We were reassured several times that a room was available if needed and were very accommodating storing our luggage for long periods of time. We have stayed at 5 star accom. Many times. this was a quick trip with my teenage daughter to recoup from an operation and although it may be a little dated the view and the staff can't be faulted. Would stay again gladly and would recommend to friends and family you get what you pay for and we were pleasantly surprised.

We discovered a lovely coffee shop called Crema Espresso close by that served delicious hot drinks, and we were amazed by the incredible views from our room. Plus, it was only a short 5-minute walk to the skypoint climb, which worked out perfectly for us.

Location really says it all with president apartments. No more than two blocks from cavill ave, and literally on the beach we'd almost have been happy to live in a prison cell at this location it was that good. Whilst not a huge part of the hotels advertising it must be said that the heated pool was fantastic. The view from the balcony was brilliant, for a 'budget' type room and the cheapest of the three types available the view could not have been better. One half of the balcony you could see the beach, the other half you had a good view of surfers paradise of a night time... Breathtaking.
For the price we paid for accommodation in this type of location we weren't expecting 5-star styled facilities, so we won't be complaining, but we did notice some of the dishes were quite dirty on arrival, and random objects were found around the apartment (hair brushes and 'other' wrappers underneath the bed as an example) The old fashioned wooden vertical blinds covering the windows / balcony doors were badly damaged and would interfere with us opening the door slightly. The cold tap in the kitchenette sink fell off once or twice. Aside from that this place was too good to be true, if we were looking for 5 star luxury accommodation we would have paid 4/500$ a night for it elsewhere. For the two of us youngies (24&25) the 80$ a night budget room here was absolutely fantastic, not only do we plan to return but we will be recommending this place to family & friends.

Wow. what an excellent position. It's located on the beach across the road from Q1 with a patrolled beach at the front. We went in June so didn't swim (but some brave/crazy souls were) but would be excellent in the warmer months. It's such a lovely walk along the esplanade to endless shops and restaurants. The apartments are older style but were clean and well furnished (we stayed in a standard 2 bedroom). For $130 dollars a night..who can complain. Staff were really friendly and there was plenty of undercover carparking. Will definately be staying again
We were on the 2nd floor at the front (on the road end). Would have liked to have been up higher on the opposite end of building. Was still good but a little noisy with night club revellers walking home at 3am singing and yelling out.

This hotel is situated at a strategic area with magnificent views, right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is close to everything and even has a tram stop nearby. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and in good condition, with comfortable single beds and a built-in kitchen.
No significant issues, everything was fine.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and located within walking distance to Surfer Paradise, besides it is located next to beach front. Would recommend to others as well. The security is also good.
The lift was a bit confusing at the beginning.
